1. Personal Information Collected

MeetSync is a service that can be used without registration and collects only minimal information. When registering, we collect email addresses. When using social login (Google, GitHub), we collect profile information (email, name) provided by the respective platforms. Guest users are identified by an automatically generated unique ID (UUID), and their nicknames and selected date/time information are stored on the server. All data is collected within the minimum scope necessary for service provision.

2. Storage and Retention of Personal Information

All data for both registered and guest users is encrypted and stored on secure cloud servers (Supabase). Guest users are identified by a unique identifier stored on the server, with a copy cached in browser LocalStorage for seamless session access. Meeting data is retained for 6 months after creation, and guest identifiers are automatically deleted after 3 months of inactivity.

3. Analytics Tools and Cookie Usage

We use the following analytics tools to improve service quality and user experience. These tools collect only anonymized statistical data and do not collect personally identifiable information.

4. Data Subject Rights and Exercise Methods

Users can request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information at any time. Upon account deletion, all personal information is immediately deleted and cannot be recovered except as required by law.
