MeetSync is a service that automates scheduling by collecting everyone's available times. The organizer creates a meeting and shares the link, participants select their available dates, and the organizer confirms the final time.

Yes. MeetSync can be used without logging in, and anyone can create a meeting quickly.

All data for both registered and guest users is securely stored on the server. Guest users are automatically assigned a unique identifier that is embedded in the meeting link, allowing them to return and edit their vote from any device.

No. They can select dates just by clicking the link.

All data is stored on the server. Closing Incognito mode clears the browser cache, but as long as you have the meeting link, you can return and edit your vote at any time.

After checking the dates submitted by participants, the organizer selects the final schedule.

Yes. If you log in, your meetings are synced to your account and can be managed across devices.

Yes. However, anyone with the link can access it, so please manage it carefully.

Email login and social login via Google and GitHub are currently available. Additional social login providers are planned for the future.

We plan to provide a migration feature as well.

When you delete a meeting, an 'Undo' button will appear for 10 seconds. If you click it within this time, the meeting will be restored. After that, data is kept for a certain period, so please contact support@meetsync.co.kr if you need recovery.

When you participate in a vote without signing up, a unique identifier is automatically generated and embedded in the meeting link. Save the meeting link to edit your vote from any device.

Yes. Save the meeting link and you can return anytime to edit your vote. For managing votes across multiple devices, we recommend signing up with your email.

When viewing results for time-included meetings, this detailed view shows available participants by date and time slot at a glance. You can toggle between this and the summary view.
