MeetSync is a service that automates scheduling by collecting everyone's available times. The organizer creates a meeting and shares the link, participants select their available dates, and the organizer confirms the final time.

Yes. MeetSync can be used without logging in, and anyone can create a meeting quickly.

All data for both registered and guest users is securely stored on the server. Guest users have their Guest ID cached in browser LocalStorage for quick access, and can log in from any device if they know their Guest ID.

No. They can select dates just by clicking the link.

All data is stored on the server. However, closing Incognito mode deletes the Guest ID cache in LocalStorage, so guest users must save their Guest ID separately to log in again.

After checking the dates submitted by participants, the organizer selects the final schedule.

Yes. If you log in, your meetings are synced to your account and can be managed across devices.

Yes. However, anyone with the link can access it, so please manage it carefully.

Email login is already available. Social login is currently under development and will be added in a future update.

We plan to provide a migration feature as well.

When you delete a meeting, an 'Undo' button will appear for 10 seconds. If you click it within this time, the meeting will be restored. After that, data is kept for a certain period, so please contact support@meetsync.co.kr if you need recovery.

When you participate in a vote without signing up, a unique Guest ID is issued. Keep this ID safe, and you can log in from other devices to edit your vote.

Guest IDs cannot be recovered. For important meetings, we recommend signing up with your email.

When viewing results for time-included meetings, this detailed view shows available participants by date and time slot at a glance. You can toggle between this and the summary view.
